Deeply committed to any activity organised by a collective, Stéphan Brunie is a pianist, composer, accompanist, arranger, choir director, teacher, radio presenter, and artistic director of instrumental ensembles and singing workshops.

For him, every day begins with a blank score. With every choir he conducts, it is on this score that he strives to foster friendly encounters centred on a broad sense of sharing, both musical and human. His aim is to bring everyone together…

This is undoubtedly the message he is keen to convey, particularly through La Chantonge.

Like Friedrich Nietzsche, Stéphan Brunie is convinced that, without music, life would be a mistake.

Stéphan starts his activity as our music director in September 2026.
